UPDATE:Closures are now much more localized. Much of I-80 is now open, but dangerous. Follow the link for details on closed sections.

===========================================================

The spring storm has settled over the state and dropped a considerable amount of snow, particularly in the southern parts of Wyoming.

The main highways affected, and essentially closed, are I-80, US-30 and US-287.

I-25 is open but icy and slick in sections.

So far, roads are slick and driving should be limited around Casper, but WYDOT is showing nothing closed so far.

Laramie and Cheyenne have been hit much harder.
