Beer lovers, rejoice. According to a new study, the great state of Wyoming has the lowest beer tax in America.

The Tax Foundation recently compared excise taxes paid by brewers in every state. Wyoming's beer tax is less than two cents per gallon, four cents per gallon lower than any other state.

Tennessee has the country's highest beer tax, $1.29 per gallon, followed by Alaska ($1.07 per gallon), Alabama ($1.05 per gallon), Georgia ($1.01 per gallon), and Hawaii ($.93 per gallon).

Missouri has the second lowest beer tax, behind Wyoming, with an excise tax of six cents per gallon. Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Oregon round out five most beer-friendly states.
