LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) — Wyoming residents voiced complaints to field representatives of the state's congressional delegation about issues and the absence of the two U.S. senators and one representative.

There were heavy tensions at Tuesday's event in Laramie, which was attended by about 50 people.

Representatives of Republican Sens. Mike Enzi and John Barrasso and Rep. Liz Cheney listened as attendees addressed issues such as the Republican Party's health care proposals. The delegation was in Washington during the event.

The crowd was disappointed to hear Barrasso's representative say the event and their questions were not being recorded. Audience members also criticized the event for being held at an inconvenient time and date for working class families, and being too short.

The event was extended for an extra hour.
