Many highways in Wyoming are closed because of winter conditions and some are closed specifically to high-profile vehicles because of the extreme risk of being blown over.

Extreme blow over risk warnings are in effect along Cheyenne and Laramie. Cheyenne has had local winds reported at 71 mph.  The wind warning is set to expire 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, 2016.

Visibility is pretty non-existent for many parts of the state. The City of Douglas asked folks to stay off the roads if possible.
