West Laramie Paving-Ask the City

Question:

If you can't afford to pave the streets of West Laramie, could you at least grade it more frequently?

Answer:

"Gravel roads throughout Laramie, including West Laramie, are graded as long as practicable. The Streets Division of our Public Works Department is responsible for grading streets and alleyways, as well as maintaining asphalt and concrete pavements, storm drainage, fleet maintenance, and other tasks. Additionally, once  street has been treated with dust controlling agents, it is typically not graded for quite some time, as it defeats the purpose of applying the solution. If you have a concern about a specific street, please contact us so we can better address the situation."

Ask the City Of Laramie is your chance to send the city that burning question that you have always wondered about such as: “How can I get a city parking permit?” or “Why did my water usage rates go through the roof?”
