Monday, Aug. 18, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. -- Tickets are being sold at the Wyoming Union information desk for the Aug. 29 Cowboy Kickoff Concert and Pep Rally with country music star Craig Morgan. Tickets cost $25 in advance for adults or $35 at the gate the day of the show; students with IDs $10 in advance, $15 the day of the show; and children under 12 pay just $8. Wednesday, Aug. 20, 1-5 p.m. and Thursday, Aug. 21, 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m. -- Clean Coal Technology Research Symposium, UW Conference Center. Call (307) 766-6701 for registration information.

Saturday, Aug. 23 -- Last day to view the UW Art Museum exhibition “New Acquisitions: UW Art Museum Collection,” Centennial Complex. The museum is open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Free.

Dinosaur skeletons, ancient mammal fossils and other exhibits are on display in the UW Geological Museum, open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Free.

The UW Department of Botany’s Williams Conservatory is open to the public from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Fridays. Free.
