Turn Lanes-Ask the City

Question:

Why are there no turn lanes on Reynolds at the intersections of 9th and 15th? One person turning north on 9th or 15th St. can leave vehicles behind them to wait through green lights until the turning vehicle clears the intersection.

Answer:

These intersections are planned to be redesigned with striping but we have not completed it yet. At the time of design we will look into adding turn lanes.

Ask the City Of Laramie is your chance to send the city that burning question that you have always wondered about such as: “Why are there so many potholes on Grand Avenue?” or “Why did my water usage rates go through the roof?”

Please note that the City of Laramie will answer as many questions as possible at their discretion.
