Alexander Brian Kennedy received seven years, eight months of imprisonment for his conviction of possession of a firearm not registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record and for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
He could have faced up to 20 years imprisonment on the bank robbery count. The firearms count was punishable by not less than seven years to life imprisonment.
Chief U.S. District Court Judge Nancy Freudenthal ordered Jaime Nieto Rock Springs to pay $143,243.73 in restitution for unpaid taxes and interest for his crime of tax evasion.
The case started in December when his name surfaced during the investigation of a Casper resident, Neil Arcuri, who had a marijuana growing operation in Paradise Valley.
