A 25-year-old Arapahoe man accused of shooting a man in the stomach after an argument over song choice has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.
A 21-year-old Fort Washakie man has been sentenced to two-and-a-half years in federal prison for shooting his cousin, Acting U.S. Attorney Bob Murray announced Tuesday.
In an effort of transparency, the Casper Police Department has released the bodycam footage detailing the events of that night, which can be seen below.
Police say the suspects told officers that they began shooting in the downtown area before making their way to the area of South Walsh Drive and Swanton Avenue.
