The Albany County School District No.1 Board approved the new names of the Laramie Junior High School as well as the old Deti Stadium during their regular meeting Wednesday, May 10.

Qingfeng Li, a seventh-grade student at Laramie Junior High School, won first place at the recent 2014 Wyoming State Mathcounts competition at the University of Wyoming.
