Wyoming is definitely lucky to have some quality breweries throughout the state. We happen to be that much luckier that plenty of them reside in the southeast region of the state. One such brewery from our corner of the Cowboy State recently competed at the 2022 U.S. Open Beer Championship in Oxford, Ohio.

As we have seen and tasted time and time again, Wyoming has some great beers that are made right here in the Cowboy State. We literally had a taste of several of those earlier this summer at the Wyoming Brewers Festival in June. But what about a brewery that also provides plenty of scenery, along with some adventure as well. It turns out Wyoming has just that. And it is one of just a select few across the country that was picked as having a 'great brew with a stunning view.'

What can we say? Wyoming knows its beer and we love a good beer at that! In case you couldn't tell from the Wyoming Brewers Festival that came through and took over downtown Cheyenne just a couple weeks ago, brewers and beer connoisseurs throughout the Cowboy State truly love their local beer. It just so happens, we love it so much, we're one of the best states for beer lovers.

Despite a decent amount of breweries for the lack of population in Wyoming, not everyone is a craft beer drinker. While there are plenty of those, there are definitely plenty of Wyomingites that want a beer and/or hard seltzer that is on the lighter side of things. So what is Wyoming's most popular light beer or seltzer?

The 26th Wyoming Brewers Festival has came and went but it couldn't have possibly been a better weekend. While the festival certainly centers around the beer being sampled, the people, the live music, and all around atmosphere makes the festival what it is year in, year out in downtown Cheyenne.

We all know that these next summer months will have plenty of beer festivals on the way. In fact, Gov. Gordon just signed a proclamation that declared next week as 'Wyoming Craft Beer Week'. But what if you drink beer and you're not much of a craft beer guy or girl? What if you're someone who likes a good domestic, which happens to be relative cheap in comparison to all the fancy schmancy craft beers out there. So which one of those 'cheap beers' is the most popular in Wyoming?

This is proof that even bears need to know their limits. A throwback story tells of a bear who downed zillions of beer on a campground then passed out for a long nap.

Thursday, April 7th happens to be National Beer Day, Wyoming! If you were to ask any beer drinker throughout southeast Wyoming what their favorite beer is, you might get a ton of different answers. You may get an answer that is specific to a brewery either in Cheyenne or Laramie, or you may get someone answering that with a typical domestic beer. You might even get some who answer with an imported beer. A recent report claims that they know what the most popular beer is in Wyoming...

It's a day that so many look forward to as a fun party day. Of course, I am talking about St. Patrick's Day. However you decide to spend the Irish holiday, there's one traditional drink that almost everyone can agree is probably the most popular on March 17th. That drink would be Guinness. Unfortunately, if you plan on purchasing one or two or five pints of Guinness on St. Patrick's Day, you happen to be in one of the most expensive states for purchasing the drink.
