The City of Laramie City Council is asking for applications for a Ward 1 vacancy. Those who apply must reside in Ward 1 for not less than one year prior to the election to represent that ward. The City of Laramie Mosquito Control Program is planning on making up the applications over the weekend if conditions allow.
