Strong Laramie Winds Cause Power Outage

About 400 Rocky Mountain Power customers lost power Monday afternoon when strong winds caused a tree to blow over across power lines. A 70 mph wind gust was recorded by the National Weather Service at 2:53 in the afternoon. Then at about 3:25 a tree on Ivinson came down between 11th St. and 12th St. causing the power outage.
