The event is meant to raise funds for research and to also help those locally who are suffering from MS. The University of Wyoming has been heavily involved in previous years, and this year will be no exception. What the event hopes to do this weekend is get more of the community Involved.

If you are wondering how far you are going to have to walk have no fear because there will be two courses available. A one mile course will go through campus and a three mile course will travel along Grand Avenue.

For those of you worried about registration fees then worry no more because there are no registration fees! It would be greatly appreciated though if walkers donated as much as they can. For the people who raise at least $100 you will be rewarded a t-shirt, and if you arent able to raise $100 then you can participate in a raffle held by UW students.

The color of the National MS Society is orange and participants are encouraged to wear orange colored clothing but not required. Part of the money raised will go to the National MS Society to support programs, services and research and the rest will go to the regional chapters.
