Sheriff’s Office Starts ‘Wanted Wednesday’ [VIDEO]

The Albany County Sheriff's Office released its first Wanted Wednesday video on Jan. 13.  The sheriff's office says a new video will be put out each Wednesday to help spread the word about wanted criminals.

The latest video, featured here, was released Jan. 20.  All warrants in the video are issued from the Albany County Circuit and District courts through the sheriff's office.

Wanted posters shared on social media have helped the sheriff's office take wanted individuals into custody.  In fact, some have even turned themselves in after seeing their photos on social media.

The sheriff's office asks anyone with information on the people featured in the video to call the crime tip line at 307-742-CARE.
