Hunters who would like to pick up reduced price licenses for elk, deer and antelope can now purchase them. Available reduced price licenses to both residents and nonresidents include 8,966 cow/calf elk, 13,534 doe/fawn deer and 19,232 doe/fawn antelope.

Be sure to check regulations carefully because some reduced price licenses have different seasons from full-price licenses and may only be valid in a portion of the area. The Game and Fish website has a listing of areas where licenses are remaining as well as instructions for applying for licenses online. As always, be sure to get permission to hunt from landowners, where necessary, before applying.

In addition to applying for licenses through the Game and Fish website, hunter can also apply from Wyoming Game and Fish Department regional offices or by going to license agents that are on the automated computer system. A list of agents is available on the Game and Fish website. Questions on hunt areas or applying for licenses can be answered by the Game and Fish at (307) 777-4600.
