The University of Wyoming is nearing the end of its search for a new dean of libraries.

The university has identified four finalists for the position.  They will travel to campus for public forums and presentations over the next few weeks.

Catherine Hamer, associate director for user service with the University of Texas libraries, will hold her public forum Tuesday, Jan. 26.

Marilyn Moody, dean of the Portland State University Library, will hold her forum Tuesday, Feb. 2.

Clement “Clem” Guthro, director of libraries at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, will visit for his forum on Friday, Feb. 5.

Colorado College Library Director Ivan Gaetz will participate in his public forum Tuesday, Feb. 9.

The University of Wyoming expects the public forums to be available online for live or recorded viewing via the WyoCast System.
