Laramie Welcomes New Farmers Market [PHOTOS]

A little bit of rain never hurt anybody and a little bit of rain certainly did not dampen the spirit of patrons at the first Laramie Local Community Farmers Market on Thursday afternoon. The Laramie LOCO Market will be at Undine Park every Thursday from 3-7 p.m. through Sept. 27.

In addition to the food and merchandise available from the vendors, kids were treated to "End the Hunger Games" themed activities with pinatas, races and even a costume contest. Prizes came straight from the cornucopia of course. Overall a great way to usher in a new farmers market in the community. Check out some pictures below.
