The Laramie Police Department arrested and charged a man with multiple counts of burglary on Thursday, March 29.

According to the LPD, Joshua M. Jeans, 19, was arrested after an officer responded to the 2200 block of North 10th Street for a report of a person “breaking into cars.”

Jeans’ bond has not been set and he remains incarcerated at the Albany County Detention Center.

The LPD said burglary is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, $10,000 in fines or both.
