A Laramie man has pleaded not guilty in Albany County District Court to fourth offense DUI charges stemming from a vehicle collision that occurred on Oct. 28.

Steven Yuresko was arrested after a Laramie Police Officer responded to a report of a vehicle collision at the intersection of West Curtis and North McCue St. in Laramie.

The officer spoke with the one of the parties involved in the crash, who said that her Chevy Silverado had been rear-ended by Yuresko, who was driving a Toyota Camry. She said she believed him to be intoxicated.

According to the affidavit, the officer then responded to Yuresko’s residence and spoke with him. During the conversation, Yuresko admitted to rear-ending the back of the back of the Silverado with the Camry while driving home from the Buckhorn Bar. Yuresko told the officer that he went home and went to sleep after the accident because he was intoxicated.

The officer conducted field sobriety tests on Yuresko and he failed them. Yuresko was breathalyzed and it was determined that he had a blood alcohol content of .25 percent.

Yuresko is out on a $10,000 bond. His trial date is set for May 31st.
