The Laramie City Council will be holding their 5th Tuesday Ward Meetings at three locations in town this evening.

This is an opportunity to sit down with councilors from your Ward area for a 1-on-1 conversation about topics you want to discuss. The meeting time is from 6:00-to-7:30 p.m. The motto for these meetings is “Everyone Has A Voice… Let Yours Be Heard.”

Laramie Mayor Andrea Summerville was a guest earlier this month during the “Laramie Live on KOWB” radio morning show. She stressed the importance of hearing from the citizens on topics they see as significant in the community.

Ward One will be meeting at Laramie Fire Station No. 3, 2374 Jefferson Street with Mayor Summerville, and councilors Charles McKinney and Phoebe Stoner.

Ward Two will be meeting at City Hall in the Council Chambers, 406 Ivinson Avenue with councilors Dave Paulekas, Jayne Pearce and Joe Shumway.

Ward Three will be meeting at Laramie Fire Station No. 2, 1558 N 23rd Street, just north and across Reynolds from Laramie Middle School, with councilors Klaus Hanson, Bryan Shuster and Pat Gabriel.

These Ward Meeting happen during any month that has five Tuesdays in it. If you miss tonight's, the next time it will occur is July 31, 2018.
