How Friendly Is Laramie?

A friend of mine visited Laramie for the first time this week.

I took him around to a few of my favorite local spots and he was blown away by the "friendliness" of Laramie residents everywhere we went.  He told me it was a stark contrast to the attitude of people where he lived.

Now, I want to see if you agree or disagree.  How do you grade the friendliness of Laramie residents?
