Grand Avenue Is Open [VIDEO]

For those of you who have not yet seen or heard, Grand Avenue is now open. The road, which is a main artery for Laramie, has been closed since early March. Construction has included rebuilding sidewalks and gutters, putting in medians, and bringing the road up to American Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.

The opening after construction has been long awaited by those in Laramie.
