Can the intersection at 30th and Garfield entertain four-way stop signs?

Answer:

"As the striping for 30th and Garfield was under consideration a few years ago by the Traffic Commission, a review of that area determined that a four-way stop at that intersection was not feasible. The review at that time noted that traffic would back up to Grand Avenue, creating a concern for traffic flow on Grand Avenue."
