Tom Brady may have found another target. Last night, former Wyoming tight end Jacob Hollister, who was signed as an undrafted free agent, tallied 7 receptions for 116 yards for the New England Patriots in their preseason opener against Jacksonville.

Hollister shrugged off a big hit to haul in his first catch. He quickly followed it up with another great grab, hurdling over a defender for a 35 yard gain. The former Poke averaged over 16 yards per reception on the night.

Meanwhile, another Wyoming reciever, Tanner Gentry, continues to turn heads in Chicago Bears training camp. After making the highlight reel with a series of circus catches in practice, Gentry knotched his first NFL reception against the Broncos. If Gentry makes the team, he will join UW alums Mitch Unrein and Chris Prosinksi on the Bears roster.

Former Wyoming linebacker Eddie Yarbrough also got in on the party, collecting his first career NFL sack for the Buffalo Bills. Yarbrough was among the Denver Broncos final round of roster cuts last year and has drawn rave reviews from coaches during Bills training camp.
