UW Ann Simpson Artmobile to Host Parade Workshop July 8

The University of Wyoming Art Museum’s Ann Simpson Artmobile will host a Laramie Jubilee Days Parade costume-making workshop Saturday, July 8, from 10 a.m.-noon at the Art Museum as part of the museum’s Family Saturday Workshop.

Families are invited to this free public workshop that will feature stations to make masks, capes and accessories. The workshop will be inspired by this year’s Laramie Jubilee Days Parade’s theme of “Laramie...Old West...New West.”

Organizers encourage participants to wear costumes made during the workshop in the parade Saturday, July 15.
