Join us to celebrate and learn about Wyoming’s Fossil Fish! We will have the opportunity to work and clean your own fossil fish piece (thanks to Tynsky’s Fossil Fish, Inc.), a scavenger hunt, a fish drawing contest, virtual reality tours of coral reefs, live 3D-printing, and the chance to see real fish in a research lab (tours at 12pm and 1:30pm). Event starts on Saturday, March 24th, 11am-2pm at the UW Geological Museum; Event is free, open to all ages, and sponsored by the UW Geological Museum, the Wyoming State Geological Survey, and the Coe Student Innovation Center; and a special thanks to UW graduate student Jimena Gocher.
