Additional Information

We all have stories to tell. But it’s often tough to make them interesting to people outside your immediate circle of friends and family. That’s where we come in. Out There Podcast and the University of Wyoming Art Museum are hosting a one-day storytelling workshop to help you develop tales of the outdoors that are fun and engaging.

The workshop will be led by award-winning journalist and Out There host Willow Belden, and will include hands-on activities facilitated by the museum’s curator of education Katie Christensen. We’ll use the museum’s current exhibitions to fuel your creativity, and by the end of the day, you’ll have the tools you need to captivate diverse audiences and keep them spellbound — even if they don't share your interests or passions.

No experience necessary; just come prepared for fun! Lunch will be provided.
