Crying Baby A Noise Infraction? Ask The City

I just moved into an apartment complex and my neighbor complained because my 9 month old son cries when we lay him down at night for about 15 minutes. Is this an infraction per Laramie noise codes or is it more of a courtesy issue? Can I be evicted for something like this?
