The following is the question submitted to Laramie Live.

The Question:

What are the rules on a shared driveway? There is a driveway pan (curb cut for a vehicle) mid block that I share with my neighbors. It only goes as far as the sidewalk, I use it several times each day on my bike. Is there anything besides calling for a ticket and tow to get my neighbor to stop parking so as to block my access? I have asked politely, given them a copy of the ordinance, and asked again. Any ideas?
