Congressional candidate Liz Cheney says the U.S. should certainly pursue an 'all of the above' energy strategy, but she says renewable and alternative sources alone cannot provide enough power for the entire country.

"I think that [the federal government's] assertions about climate change are based on junk science," says Cheney. "But even if you agree with what they are saying, the administration itself admits that the steps it's taking to kill our coal industry will have little or no impact overall on global temperatures."

Cheney is running for Wyoming's lone seat in the U.S. House of Representatives, which will be vacant when Rep. Cynthia Lummis leaves office at the end of her term.
