Ask The City – Can The City Enforce the Shoveling Ordinance?
Your Question: Someone from the city needs to come out to the apartment areas East of 9th through 15th south of Russell/Spring Creek. Not a single one of the sidewalks are shoveled or salted. They are covered in ice and snow and its very dangerous to walk. I know this is a law and it should be enforced.

Ask The City – Why Aren’t Parking Violations Enforced?
Your Question: Why doesn't the city re-instate parking maids? I see cars parked illegally all the time. I see cars parked on the street on the opposite side of the road facing against traffic and my biggest pet peave; I see people parked in handicap spots all the time and don't have a placard or plate! ESPECIALLY at Walmart! I see cars that have expired plates for a couple years and or flat tires. The city wants to clean up the city, well have a parking enforcement authority!

Ask The City – Why Are Speed Limits Around UW So Slow?
Your Question: Why were the speed limits on the streets around the University of Wyoming changed 20 MPH on a persistent basis? This isn't even done around our elementary schools except for during certain hours. Is there any chance the city would consider changing the speed limit back to 30 MPH at least on 15th street? There are stoplights with crossings all through this area and it seems uncalled for on such a major artery through town.
