Cabin Fever Triathlon Starting Soon

Each year the Laramie Recreation Center holds the Cabin Fever Indoor Triathlon for both members and non-members of the center. The Recreation Center holds the indoor event as summer approaches so people can see if all that time in the gym during winter has paid its dividends. However Cabin Fever is not your traditional triathlon; here is how it works. Each participant pays a fee of $30 for an adult or $60 for a relay team to register for the event and everyone receives a t-shirt for their participation. Then participants pick times between March 20th and the 31st to complete the following:

• Swim 500 yards
• Bike 10K on a stationary bike
• Run 5K on the indoor track
