The public discussion by renowned livestock handling specialist Temple Grandin has been postponed until Thursday.

Due to the winter storm, the University of Wyoming called off the program for tonight and rescheduled it for tomorrow.

Grandin will sign books at 5 p.m. and speak at 6 p.m. The event is being held at the UW Conference Center at the Laramie Hilton Garden Inn.

She is a professor of livestock behavior and welfare at Colorado State University. Grandin’s animal welfare guidelines and auditor training programs have influenced practices at many international corporations.
