There’s no shortage of activities in Laramie for school-aged children this summer, but if you’re looking for a variety, Basic Beginnings might have a solution.

They are offering their “Survivor Summer Program” for kids from kindergarten through 12-years of age. It includes hiking, gardening, a visit to the art museum, science experiments, movies and a lot more.

Summer Program Leaders Carsen Smith and Drew Choal chatted with host David Settle during the “Laramie Live on KOWB” radio morning show Wednesday. Carsen and Drew provide more insight into the summer fun.

If you need more information, a price quote or to register, call Basic Beginnings North at 307-745-5755.

The community is invited to their summer kick-off BBQ on Friday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Washington Park. They’re providing free lunch, free registration and fun, and games.
