What Happened to the Stop Light at 30th & Harney?

What happened to the traffic light at 30th and Harney? Part of it is missing.

The City's Response:

The overhead lights were removed following a vehicle damaging the mast arms that reach out over the street and the poles that hold the mast arms. We are trying to get new mast arms and poles.  At best, delivery will be another 8 to 10 weeks. At worst, the pole bases will have to be replaced if we cannot get the same size poles as were used before. We are required to have two lights facing oncoming traffic which we do currently have in place.
