Ask The City: Trailers and RV’s

The Question:

Someone asked the city "Why don't RV’s and trailers on the street for more than a day get moved or ticketed?" and the answer from the city was that the area in question was zoned commercial. So how about the ones in residential areas? Why don't they get moved or ticketed?

"Trailers, RVs, and other recreational vehicles are warned on a complaint basis in residential zones. Laramie Municipal Code does not include provisions for removal of those offenders but they can be cited more than once if not moved. Please call Police Dispatch at telephone number 307-721-2526 to register a complaint."
