Ask the City: Traffic Light Move

Question:

Any plans to move the traffic light from 9th and Lewis to 9th and Bradley? With the closing of Lewis, Bradley has become a through way. When driving west on Bradley, it is really difficult to turn left onto 9th because you cant see around the parked cars. I'd like to see the light moved OR for 9th and Bradley to become a 4 way stop.
