Why did residential sewer rates recently increase?

“Residential sewer rates did not recently increase. In September, City of Laramie evaluates the winter sewer low parameters and adjusts the factors in compliance with Municipal Ordinance. If a customer’s sewer charge increased, the increase would correlate with the water consumption usage from January, February and March of 2014. For more information please call 307-721-5225.”
