Is the city ever going to have online billing and bill-pay for utilities?

The City's Response:

Online bill payment and the customer information module “Click2Gov” is a high priority for City Staff.  In order to offer online billing & bill payment services, staff is preparing for new software to be customer ready called Click2Gov.  Not only will customer’s be able to make online payments but review prior billing history, consumption and personal account related details.  Much of the background work for Click2Gov has been completed with a tentative implementation date anticipated within the next six months.
