The Question:

When is HIVIZ going to be completed and in Laramie?

“The HiViz Headquarters Building is being constructed with grant funding awarded by the Wyoming Business Council. There is a development agreement in place between the City of Laramie and Laramie Economic Development Corporation. Groathouse Construction is the contractor selected to construct the building. Final design is completed and bids have been let for the project.

It is anticipated that the project will have substantial completion in December 2014 with final completion by January 31, 2015. Occupancy of the building will occur on a timeline conducive to the business operation of HiViz.”
