In Downtown Laramie is it illegal to pull into a parking spot on the opposite side of the street from that you are traveling on?

The City's Response:

It is not illegal to pull into a parking spot on the opposite side of the street from that you are traveling.  However, the turn must be completed safely and not interfere with the flow of traffic.
