The 30th Street extension near The Point was completed around May 30, but there is still a "Road Closed" barricade there. Why is the road still closed and when will it be open?

“While the 30th Street extension appeared complete around May 30th, final inspection by the City indicated additional work was necessary to comply with City street construction standards prior to opening. Those requirements have been met for the street and it should be open soon.”
