Ask The City: 21st and Grand

The Question:

Why does the light going from 21st street turning on to Grand keep flashing from walk to don't walk and than back to walk when there is cars on 21st waiting to turn? Me and many other cars watched as the light flashed to don't walk back to walk 4 times and our light never changed to go?

"The City has been having issues with the detection on that signal. We have gone out several times and adjusted it and checked to make sure it is functioning. We will continue to adjust and montor this signal to resolve the issue. "
