Arrest Made in Cheyenne Hotel Armed Robbery

A Cheyenne man is behind bars in connection with an armed robbery that occurred at a Cheyenne hotel one month ago.

Cheyenne Police Officer Kevin Malatesta says 27-year-old Justin Smith was arrested Thursday without incident.

Smith is accused of robbing the Fairfield Inn and Suites on Stillwater Avenue on the night of June 14.

The case remains under investigation by the Cheyenne Police Department.
