Rock Springs Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two people suspect of stealing up to $30,000 worth of Jewelry from a Rock Springs store earlier this week.

Police Chief Duane Pacheco says on Wednesday around 7 p.m., a Hispanic man and woman went into Jensen's Jewelers and asked to look at some jewelry. Both were already wearing a lot of jewelry, according to store employees. When they left the store, employees realized that many of the items the couple was looking at were missing, with a total value of around $25,000 to $30,000.

The suspects are shown in the above left photo.

The man is described as being about 5'6 tall, wearing a white shirt and a black ball cap. The woman was wearing a leopard print shirt with sunglasses on the top of her head.

Anyone with information on the case is being asked to call Officer Brough with the Rock Springs Police Department at (307) 352-1575.
